As a business strategist and negotiation specialist, her expertise has been honed throughout a 17-year corporate career, followed by 5+ years as a small business owner and consultant.

Kate’s goal is to ensure people understand their value and she teaches them how to get paid what they are worth. She works with business owners to develop the value of their products and services, enabling them to increase their revenue and profits. She also works with employees to build their confidence and clarity, so they can negotiate the remuneration package they deserve.

Kate offers masterclasses, coaching courses and in-person workshops to share her knowledge, techniques and skills with her clients, whilst also taking part in events and media speaking opportunities. She is particularly passionate about empowering women to know their worth, and loves any opportunity to help women succeed in business.
